Shipping Costs + Information

United States - Temporarily, all US orders will be charged a flat $7 USD standard shipping charge on each order. When shopping on the Simply Obsessed app, you'll only pay shipping once every 24 hours. Orders of $125+ from the mobile app receive free shipping.

International Countries - Please see the table below for a detailed view of rates by country.

Each order will ship with our standard shipping unless you select an alternative. (Note: Alternative options are not currently available on the Simply Obsessed app, please use simplyobsessed.com to select an alternative shipping option). You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation after your order has been processed by our warehouse and has entered the mail stream with our carrier partners. You can track the status of your order anytime here.

We ship orders to all US states and territories and select international countries. Please see information on international shipping below. Orders shipped to any USPS PO Box or APO/FPO may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Please contact customer support for assistance in those cases.

In-Stock Items Exceptions

The following delivery times estimates apply to in-stock items, without any pre-order, dropshipped, or other shipping-delay related tags. To inquire if an item is readily available, please contact customer support or check the product's description.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders allow us to delivery the freshest and newest items to you, faster. However, Pre-Orders entail delays in arrival to our warehouse subsequently causing delays to your doorstep. The following estimated delivery times are calculated from when the products arrive to our warehouse, which may take up to 3-4 weeks from when your order was placed. To inquire about the status of a pre-order item, please contact customer support.

Dropshipped Items

Given the ownership transfer of Simply Obsessed and to meet the diverse demands of each of our Simply Obsessed clients, we have opted to work with select, reliable partners to dropship items directly to your doorstep. This process skips our DFW Warehouse and ships your item directly from the vendor to you. Our estimated delivery times can not be used reliably for these items, however our experience shows these items arrive within the 'Standard Shipping' in a majority of cases. To inquire, on your order please contact customer support.

The new owners of Simply Obsessed are working hard to remove the dependency on dropshipped items as quickly as possible, this section will be updated as this transition continues.

United States Domestic Shipping Info

Standard Shipping may utilize a variety of carriers, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link. You may also track any order on our site, here.
